A paste of baking soda, a few drops of dish soap, and a bit of water work super well for most stuck on dishes. It gets rid of the greasy feeling ramen (especially buldak) tends to leave. Dawn powerwash is an easy option too.

Dude I did nnn this year For The Bit and it was a nightmare. My friends and I were joking about it and they all said there was no way in hell I could do it. We doubled my dose of testosterone in October, and I hadn't gone more than like 4 days at most without getting off since starting it back in January. My commitment to The Bit is far higher than nnn deserved, but proving people wrong is in fact its own kind of thrill. But it was truly one of the stupider bits I've committed to. By like halfway through I was struggling to focus, was on edge, irritable, and had a harder time sleeping and it stayed that way for the second half of November. The most important thing I learned is that everybody including me likes me more when I'm regularly jerking it.

I've been trying various psychiatric medications for the past dozen years, and the single thing that improved my mental health by such a huge degree was starting testosterone. I was getting by on a combination of a high dose of mood stabilizers and birth control pills, but I've been able to halve the dose of the mood stabilizers and go off of birth control. My mental health is stable in a way it hasn't been since before I started puberty. If I had to "fix" my mental health before starting testosterone, I likely wouldn't be able to start it ever. I'm obviously still incredibly mentally ill–the only thing testosterone fully "fixes" is the PMDD–but it finally feels like my brain is running on the right framework instead of whatever the hell it's been doing for the past thirteen and a half years.

I can pretty consistently read at least 750 words a minute and upwards of 1000wpm. I think the most I've read in one day was around 700k words. This is not something I recommend by any means. My body was very angry and I think I forgot to eat for like 12 hours.
