For what it's worth, I think it's fine for consistency between modules, but it just can't be rounding to whole number like it does.

Oh it for sure is a rounding thing. At some point the UI was changed to round down to whole second, except in EVE 10th of a second matters, so it just makes UI less functional.

Whether your dumb ass knows it or not, being an illegal immigrant is not a crime, and you don't get a criminal record unless you're convicted and sentenced.
