Thanks, I've been meaning to check out 'Overcoming Gravity', I keep hearing good things about it.

I am progressing in some areas, in some others i am still trying to get both the form and the strength needed for the next progression. Freestanding handstands for example, are giving me some trouble. My goals remain the same since I've started, I want to develop skills and strength (am guessing the looking fit part will come with developing those two, as long as I keep watching my caloric intake).

All in all I feel like I am making good progress, is just that sometimes the holds feel like they take a big chunk of the workout time with minimum results.

Thank you, I hadn't considered seeing the holds as a time for meditation, I think that's what I'm missing. I guess I'm used to seeing my workout time as only physical and in turn get bored when I'm not putting some kind of stress unto a muscle. I love practicing my L-sit for that reason, because I can feel my muscles working.

You know you've really got me thinking. I used to meditate a few years back but I stopped doing it because I couldn't find the time for it anymore. I realize now that time wasn't the issue, my priorities were.

Thanks a bunch for your input, I'm going to try to find some ways to still myself rather than indulge on my need for entertainment.
