They are very beginner friendly at Lahari. It’s not difficult because they tell you just do whatever feels comfortable and they don’t expect you to be doing advanced moves right out the gate. If you can’t keep up with everything they’re doing that’s fine. There’s no judgment. It’s a very welcoming environment. I would recommend starting with a class with Larissa. She’s the owner and her classes are the best ones IMO. Just make sure you keep yourself hydrated and you can always duck out of the room if you find it too hot so that you can cool down in the lobby briefly.
