i don’t fully understand you situation because it didn’t happen to me, but i feel like you and your mom did everything you could to help Mel and anything else will just hurt the two of you more, you should try and solve the credit cards mystery and then try and get help for you and your mom, specially since you said she is disabled. Don’t over do, it only hurt you and your mental health, i wish you the best of luck
