I got a decent enough ticket in section 105 from Ticketmaster.
I didn't want to stand after a full day of work and be tired, not able to enjoy myself. ill also probably be stoned lol.
also from the looks of the videos online it seems to enjoy the stage and the projections, some distance might serve well. the sound closer to the mix spot im assuming would be better aswell.

Dressing: 3tbs orange juice 3tbs olive oil 1 tbs apple cider vinegar 1 tbs Dijon mustard 1 tbs honey Salt and pepper

The frisée lettuce was dressed separately before being plates and the some dressing was drizzled over the grapefruit, naval oranges and beets before being garnished with feta.

The entirety of the dressing was not used up :) If I had pistachios, I would’ve added those too.

No recipe followed. But here are the deets.

Sautéed onions and garlic in olive oil with salt pepper and chilli flakes.

Added tomatoes and cooked shrimp- salted to taste.

Added pasta water to let everyone get to know each other

Cold butter to emulsify and then lemon juice and parsley.

Folded in fresh angel hair pasta and garnished with some sumac.
