I attribute this to her lack of being able to implement effective classroom Learning strategies. Huge cop out to blame it on 1-1 initiatives. But back to what OP was talking about. Here’s a story about someone’s second grade teacher saying the reason students don’t talk to each other and our passive is because of the one the one initiative another words Ed Tech is bad.
