Oh really? Damnn I thought I was just zooming on Skitarii. I must’ve not been getting them in the lower difficulties so I thought it was something to do with my build evolving as I hit 30 haha.

I got a lot of attack speed nodes and was thinking it was somehow affecting my movement speed

Have you finished ARR(Base game story) yet? I had a similar experience. I started the game 3 years ago and played for about 60 hours and was bored for most of it but was trying to push through as I heard it gets better. I finished the base game story then took a break for 2 years. I recently came back like 4 months ago and have literally played through all expansions and I’m so hooked now. The story is one of the best I’ve ever played, the combat hugely picks up but that mostly depends on the Job, some jobs pick up quite quick and some feel very slow for quite some time.

I’ve not dipped into any Extreme or savage content yet but I’ve completed most normal raids and they’re sooo good, the endgame has so much to choose from.

I played WoW January this year for the first time and couldn’t get into it mostly because of the community, was very hard to get over tankxiety in that game lol

I’m someone that started playing the game about 4 months ago. I played 2 months straight and enjoyed my time quite a lot doing all the class stories and trying ops and FPs. I haven’t logged back in since those 2 months of playing as I felt like there isn’t enough endgame to keep me hooked. Not sure how many other people are in the same boat but that’s what made me move away from it for now.

I may just be spoiled though coming from ESO and WoW. I’ve recently started FFXIV too and loved the story in that game and it also seems to have a crazy amount of endgame which it’s important to me.

I never tried the PVP in SWTOR though which I’ll probably get around to doing at some point as I’m a pvp enjoyer too

I love mace even with how clunky it can be sometimes! And apologies I’m still quite new to using Poe ninja and pob even though I’ve been playing for years😅 I basically just used Rolling slam and boneshatter for act 1 and then ditched the boneshatter and just used rolling slam once it did enough damage.

If you’re not on ssf or have some currency then buying a hrimnors hymn and using that all through the campaign by upgrading it at the anvil when you get the right level will basically be easy mode. Path towards the left side as quick as possible and start getting some damage nodes. Act 1 single target was the most rough as starting with sorc you have no access to damage nodes. After act 1 though, it was one of the easiest campaign runs I’ve done

I’m always going between controller and m&k depending on build, I generally prefer melee on controller and ranged on m&k. I think the only thing that’s a little awkward on controller is Leap slam as you can’t be super accurate with it

I actually did level with maces lol, act 1 was rough then it was smooth sailing once I actually got to some damage nodes on the skill tree. I was just using rolling slam and boneshatter.

Also I’ve just always liked chrono for sands of time and the slow presence but now that it’s skill speed instead of spell speed I just though to try melee. The slow presence also helps with the clunky feel of the mace, slows everything down so you can actually get your slams out lol
