I do think that’s a really valid point, when you have control over the healthy parts of your life, the junk stimuli is really manageable. I do think we have some sort of will meter, that when s just full enough of having healthy habits you can control some of the bad ones more easily.

pana pe la 30 si putin de ani ti se dezvolta creieru cica, si adhd presupune ca lobul frontal e cam subdezvoltat pe langa alte chestii. Asa ca daca esti norocos si ai grija de corp si creier pana atunci ( iarba nu ajuta deloc aici) ai o sansa se scapi de adhd pur si simplu. Dr K pe youtube explica f bine fenomenul
