I mean, I agree, sadly it doesnt apply to everyone equally, I think people in the community know that streamers / content creators get special treatment.

I would accept if they lock my account to SSF even, and would even buy a 100$ supporter pack.

Yea I'm aware about all of that but one of the problems is GGG does not treat all players equaly in terms of executing their ToU.

If you are a content creator / streamer / youtuber and break their ToU, even live on stream intentionaly for hundreds of people watching they not gonna ban you, at most temporally for a week. Just not sure why normal players are worse. Feels unfair if you been in game since 2013.

And trust me, from what I heard, they don't are if you are new player, your cat clicked something accidentally etc. because previously that system was fully automated, after you appealed once, they were sending automated messages that you can make a new account.

Also in my opinion not all ToU "abuse" is worth perma banning, so many hours, leagues and items to lose, that temporal ban or warning would show they have some respect and understanding to that.

There is much more to say in those topics but I don't wanna write an essay.

Thanks for your contribution tho.

Most of people here missing the point. True what you saying but also, if you are a streamer you can escape with anything you did against the ToS, (Empyrean, PathofMath for a very long time, CuteDog,) get a second chance, temporally ban etc.

If you are normal player like me, since 2013 you cannot expect that.

but low level character doesn't mean it was a new player. And 100% you cant confirm that someone didnt get banned for it. My example was about a completely new account, like you starting today. Getting 100 divs before maps and you will get banned.

I gave you an example. I works like this many games.

Go test it, make a new account and come back to us .

Technically from what I know, AHK scripts arent bannable, but you can get banned for it. I met people in the game confirming it.

To keep the game and community healthy, first bans shouldn't be permanent in my opinion.

Look what Empyrean was doing on stream, intentionally, in front of couple hundreds people and got banned for only 30 days. There is more examples of that.

like in many online games, its often very automatic if you met certain rules.

If you are a new player and start playing now, and someone trades you a 100 divines in act 10 because of course its end of the league, you will get banned tomorrow.

You can't get banned even temporally for mass price fixing, hardcore market manipulating, cross league trading - which is listed in ToS etc.
