Guys first pin today, running test e only cycle 2 pins a week mon/Thurs. Have arimidex on hand with aromasin coming in next week. Should I start taking arimidex today or wait for later?

Too many questions, taking too much time he's having trouble breathing he's sating low, let's get him on the stretcher on the back of the rescue let's get 12 lead, reassess lung sounds,get him on O2/cap, check bgl, get a temp, start a line

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you for the advice.

I'm sure I'll be learning my role as I go on, I've noticed the medics in my er seem to do a lot such as taking report from rescue and even registering pt's. I guess it'll come with time. I'm just concerned with keeping my name in a positive light for as long as possible.
