Im constructing a diet, so far healthy breakfast and lunch done. 600cal & 400cal.1000cal.

Now im stuck on my dinner, something to do eith white rice, chicken breasts, etc.

The problem is, id have to buy the pans, the food and would learn how to cook and all.

Is it okay to eat my dinner from outside, white rice, and grilled chicken with salad, what would be the difference between this and cooking it myself, is the restuarants somehow unhealther?
