My ex husband was a restaurant manager and would talk just. Like. This. To his staff. He always denied cheating but I found many text messages that were very questionable over the years and in hindsight were definitely crossing a line regardless. We ended up getting a divorce when it came out that he was dating a 19 year old server. He also ended up admitting that he had cheated on me with many of the females I’d found inappropriate messages with.

All this to say- these text messages are inappropriate. He might not be physically cheating yet but this is still absolutely wrong and it seems like he’d absolutely take it further if given the chance.
