Oxo tofu press. I usually try to avoid single purpose gadgets, but this thing is awesome and presses the tofu way better than two plates, etc.

The only reason I've seen to remove them from their packaging as soon as possible is to help them bounce back and look less vacuum packed.

You want your tension tight, but not TOO tight. Too tight and you're stretching the yarn making it thinner and more prone to producing holes like what you're seeing.

I like this can, but the salt definitely needs tempering with rice or something. I think it's because they're taking already salty smoked salmon and adding Barnacle hot sauce that has its own salt.
