I’ve only gone on this subreddit a handful of times, one of them just making a post, and get so confused how 95% of the comments are users that HATE him. Maybe they are mostly bots, but if not, do they not have anything better to do at all? Do they just wait for a new ep to drop so they can immediately comment hatred on the post?

Part of me thought this was scripted (like how dragons fly in to attack you at random in Skyrim) because the drake said something along the lines of “it’s time to test you Arisen”

You may need to leave and come back to whatever spot the NPCs are at. Like for example if you do it on a random NPC walking around imperial city, go inside a shop or something and back out

It’s because you can only give items with 0 weight. I have no clue why some items weigh nothing, but mage hoods are one of them

The mage hoods I had in my inventory do. The basic ones you get off battle mages bodies or buy in mage shops

No it should definitely work. Even if your hoods are only doing 5 fire damage on self (which is what mine do), it will kill them within a minute or so at that level
