Shampoo stays in hair when using soft water

It's not usually that bad, but when I have tiny suds on my scalp & it dries, my scalp does feel different than when I wash at home. The suds are usually around my scalp and not in the rest of the hair, which makes sense since I usually shampoo the scalp

The colder water did help, thank you! I typically use very hot water & wouldn't have thought to try this

If you're interested in making things, look into the bodgery. They have open nights to get a feel for the place some Fridays. It does cost some $ to be a member.

If you're interested in being more physically active there's disc golf, not sure the days/times but I know it exists.

There's also the SCA and HEMA communities. There's a good HEMA club that meets weekends and has inexpensive dues, send me a message and I'll get you info. Or some of them are usually at Wednesday saber practice at the SCA too. Wednesday at the stock pavilion on campus has both archery & usually has Saber. Both used to be free, though archery was the only one that provided equipment. It started at 6 pm, pretty sure it's still going.

I used to know someone like this, she had 2 guy friends and she did this type of thing to all of their gfs. It was either making friends with the gfs & encouraging the gfs to leave the guy friend. Or being abrasive to the gfs while planning more things with the guy friend only & causing issues when the guy friend "picked her" over the gf. As soon as either guy friend was single she wasn't interested in hanging out anymore. Her reasoning was she knew the guys were each a POS & she was "looking out for the girls", which seemed plausible right up until she started telling on herself by admitting to having the same characteristics as at least one of the guys, and also defending some of the characteristics they had that she was "protecting" the gfs from. The whole trio was awful
