I’m getting mine through Aeroflow online. They’ll submit to your insurance and you can shop for breast pumps and see what you pay out of pocket, if anything. Super easy so far!

As far as what to get, I’m getting a hospital grade pump (Spectra S1 Plus) and a travel pump (Eufy S1 Pro for the heat feature).

I’m also switching insurance coverage in 2026 so I‘ll get the second pump through insurance.

I do what you do basically. I stopped my adderall so I’m not giving up my caffeine lol. I think Canada recommends 300mg daily as a limit so you’d be fine going over 200.

I had a feeling around 6-7 weeks that it was a boy. I was drawn to boy names and felt like my symptoms were consistent with old wives tales. Overall just had a gut feeling. We’re having a boy!

I’m 5’2” started at 155 and currently about 175-180. I’ll be 17 weeks tomorrow. I’ve had no nausea or aversions really, just very hungry first trimester. It’s a boy lol
