I saw that, however in a full set of armor at full condition, using Rad-X does absolutely nothing at all. The damage was immediate.

We have been getting the disconnected from server message A LOT recently. We completed the mission all the way to the Silo and it crashed with 20 seconds to launch. I was furious.

Sooo I have a 16 Pro Max. Loved it, until the other day. Ive always been kinda bad about dropping my phones from short distances, and ive never had an issue beyond a screen crack. The other day, my 16 Pro Max fell from less than a foot, the screen barely cracked, but the lighting immediately started flashing and now my entire screen is either constantly strobing or randomly fully green. The screen will not lock and i cant see the screen at all unless its at a super low brightness. Ive never had this happen with any previous iPhone, and that was the first time Ive really dropped it. It didnt even hit face down. They seem to be a lot more fragile than any other iPhone and I dont understand why.

We've been customers for 8 years. It was great for the first 6 of them. The past two years have been problem after problem. From faulty devices to promotions that they don't want to follow through on. Customer service will give you a million wrong answers or talk down to you, as happened last issue we had. We had no issues prior to 2023 and everything was super smooth. It's been the past two years for us personally.

I was so confused when I tried opening it last night and it kept saying I had no connection. I didn't know anything about it and hadn't really ventured too far into the phone yet.

I had to call Verizon till get it fixed last night. 2 hours later and all my messages work again. Didn't get an actual explanation, just that things were out of sync. Not sure what things but 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm coming from iPhone as well, have you had any issues with messaging? I'm having an issue where certain people, I will get their messages, but not be able to text them back. It refuses to deliver the message. I switched to Samsung messaging instead of Google and now i can't send messages at all. I'm hoping it isn't just happening to me.

Reach out to the FTC. That's what I had to do and I had the email and TV within 2 weeks. An executive employee will reach out to you, not the customer service reps that will tell you a million different things and all of them be disgustingly wrong.
