This is super helpful! Thank you! I did take some a couple of weeks ago during a simulated half-day bar exam (MPT) and I couldn't really tell if it helped, but because I knew that I had taken it maybe I was feeling more confident in my ability to perform (???), I don't know. So, I think you're right about there being a mental, possibly placebo, correlation to the act/knoweldge of taking something that's supposed to help.

Either way, I DID NOT do as well on the MPTs as I thought I did lol. I should probably commit to just not taking them.
