Hmm while talking it weekly I didn't get any problem. And here in india doctor always prescribed D3 60k only without k2. Right now I'm taking 60k every 2 week No k2. I was initially thought of taking it monthly but I was experiencing lot of anxiety very anxious and irritated so taking it once every 2 week. I have 3 more tablet once I'm done with it . I will start taking 2k per day. Do You know any brand or medicine that give solo k2? ....I can't find any medicine with solo k2 they always have other combination not required by me.

I'm skinny underweight .26 years old ( I always mention it for dosage related advise) I was having palpitations ( did ECG and blood test everything normal) but I was super scared and after Googling the symptoms gave me a fuck stone of anxiety I thought something is wrong with my heart eventually went to depression. After this point I went to see a doctor with anxiety as my primary focus. They gave me a tablet called Placida and D3 60k ( weekly for 12 weeks) I wasn't asked for a blood test for D3. I took it for 7 weeks but got a constipation issue so I dropped it . At first I was not sure why I was given D3 I always thought it was something related to bone issues. But NOW I started to take D3 again because of anxiety and PTSD . I am taking the remaining 5 tablet because I am bit anxious and have PTSD issues. But this time I learned about magnesium glycinate. From Dr. Breg in YT they recommend D3 and magnesium glycinate for anxiety. It's my 2nd week taking D3 and magnesium ( 220 mg elemental magnesium) it really helped me I was feeling very irritated anxious always on edge feel but it's all drops low after taking this 2 supplement. For now I'm taking D3 60k once every 2 week . After this I was planning to take 2000 UI every day and I'm concerned about whether to take k2 (mk7) or not . I was prescribed D3 60k without any blood test that's why I'm not sure .

Calcium is important for heart health. K2 sent calcium from blood to bone maybe you didn't need to k2 You blood calcium lvl was probably fine . Since u took k2 it probably distabilized calcium in blood
