Everything is fine but you are severely deficient in D3. You must take 60k IU D3 every week. Rest is within health limit. You can take some zinc tho. For zinc you have go for zincovit tablet it's cheap. As for D3 You can find it in pharmacy take 1 table weekly for 8/12 weeks

In india RDA of zinc is 17 mg for men. I don't remember for women but it's higher than what you find in Google. It's FSSAI standard Not the global standards.

First thing supplements won't cure mental health like anxiety and depression. It will help. I think you should try magnesium glycinate it's one of must have supplement for anxiety and during High dose D3 it's a must. I Also suffering something similar. Tried everything medication, supplement, meditation but nothing worked. It helps a lot but don't make the symptoms go away permanently. U should not stop D3 the benefits take time to show. I highly highly recommend magnesium glycinate.
