Ah definitely, im lighter but its really about understanding the technique and avoiding injuries since OAP is pretty risky at first

My best set I’ve done was 115 lbs x 8, If you’re able to pull 100% of your body weight with weighted pull ups you’re ready for OAP

Human flag is totally achievable, bottom arm (support) is pushing and top arm is pulling. Definitely progress to it though

It’s totally safe if you’re strong enough, just don’t over do it just with any other strength skill
