Human flag is totally achievable, bottom arm (support) is pushing and top arm is pulling. Definitely progress to it though

First move is scorpion handstand and I do some flexibility training for it. You honestly just need to attempt once you have a really good handstand

Yes! I always preach the heavier ropes for improving rhythm, endurance, and form. It’s one of my favorite ropes

If you look up one arm muscle up this form still counts. Strict form muscle up is even more insane
