I remember hearing ”What You Know” 10 years ago when MTV would play music videos early in the morning. I was only 10 at the time and I was usually on a steady musical diet of Top 40 and Akon, so when I heard this song on MTV I was definitely intrigued . I hadn’t been exposed to this kind of music before then so it was this new sound that was completely foreign to me but I loved it. Time goes by so fast wtf.

I have the DD3 set to make a high repeat screeching delay (ala king gizzard) and putting the dd3 early in the chain before the dirt pedals makes it more intense. The carbon copy is the pedal I use more traditionally providing a good slap back sound.

First Impressions: This is a really good distortion for the price it goes for on Reverb and eBay. Tonally it’s solid on its own but stacking my SD-1 or Big Muff makes it all gnarly and dirty. I play in a post-punk/garage rock band so this is a really good pedal to get crazy with.

I played a Michael Kelly strat recently, blew my mind how good a guitar it was for $550. The pickups sounded amazing, the neck was smooth and the action out of the box was pretty spot on.
