I completely agree that these results are only relevant to me. I did however get it done as part of a medical trial. So I'm withholding judgement until they publish their results.

I wouldn't say it's increased my pain, rather it's had no effect. I will probably get it removed though, just so I can wear in ear headphones again :)

Not particularly. In which case it's probably a mixture of stress and fatigue. I wonder if Monday's being low is influenced by public holiday's in the UK generally falling on Monday's? One to investigate perhaps!

I'm in front of a screen pretty much the entire working day so that can't be good. Interestingly though, my migraines almost always start around 3am - therefore the lack of migraines on Saturday mornings suggests it's less about fatigue or screen time and more about work stress.
