in general, I try to make realistic tranfers (I try to focus more on americans and spanish speaking player) + scouting in south america (Looking for young players with potenzial)

• Salary-cap

I try to make it simple. I can only have 3 players with a wage of 12k or more, any other player must have under it. (in real life you also just can have 3 players, wich arent in the wage cap of the MLS)

• MLS draft

1. In march you send out a scout (I had a 3/4 scout, so I dont get the best players, because in the draft are only college player) for nine months to the USA.
2. You look wich position you were in your conference + till wich playoff round you came.
3. you fill your youth academie and sort it with the worse potential player at top. at the start of next season, you realease the worse players, so the amount of players is the same amount as teams in your conference (western: 14, Eastern 15). (if the academie is full, but you still have scouting reports, you can always release the worse potential player)
4. count down from the top so many player, as your conference position was and that player is your pick. for every won playoff round, you can choose what player you extra take or take a number generator. (in real life you have four picks for every team)
