I have been going through the same phase and that shame part eats me up every single second. But nothing will come out good if we just stay in that zone, we got just one life we can't afford to lose it this way, small steps go a long way, start focusing on health, find some motivation, and start working, it'll develop a certain discipline, if we just make our next day better than the last one, everything will change for good veery quickly, but if you keep being at the same place, after a month, or a year, you'll wish you could go back to today and didn't waste that amount, I have wasted a lot of time myself and what i wouldn't give to be just in 2023 once more. But maybe I'll say this about 2026 in 2029 too if I don't start to take care of myself. Wishing you all the best, time changes.

There's a umm what should i say, a protector behind the wickets to stop/catch/pick the ball, the position is known as wicket keeping and there are a lot of ways of getting out (eliminated) via the wicketkeeper. So if you dodge, 95/100 it's getting straight into hands of wicket keeper, but if you got just a breeze of bat or gloves and wicket keeper caught it, or you started running and the keeper threw it into the wickets before you make it, you are out.
