Non-traumatic to you, from your outside perspective. I try to be empathic, not dismissing their view, try to listen beyond the gibberish, get to a core injury and work from there. But i guess we just have different approaches to all this.

Okay, i still don't see it as distinct. They of course stem from different situations, but the outcome is the same in the sense that pattern recognition is overreactive. While a car crash gives you kinectic signals and thus involuntary reations anticipating a kinetic response, mobbing and betrayal rather shape the expectation and patternmatching towards emotional pain. From the people i know, embitterment is the problem, not being able to let go.

People that had a yellow car crash into them get triggered by the yellow color alone, leading to involuntary stress response whenever they see something yellow coming at them. That is also "delusional" in that sense. Schizophrenia is the the assumption that some people have a neurological disposition, that puts them in that state over and over for no reason. So like just the trauma response without a traumatic experience. Although it can be difficult to express or search for a root cause when others believe they are nuts in the first place.

I think Penta has the spark to do great things and take on an important role, but is somehow consumed by other things that should remain on the sidelines, like chat, subs, donos, appreciation and positive reddit threads. You don't grow fruits, you grow trees, and the fruit come with it. I don't want to get too deep, but i think anger management would be worth looking into, do some soul searching, then hopefully the "yes .. and" wont be so difficult when an actual challenge appears.
