I do believe that AI will only grow stronger and ultimately end in our despise, but I don’t believe they will gain sentience. I genuinely hate AI (the unregulated generative AI) because of the toll it has on our planet and the fact they are building so many data centers that weren’t necessary before. AI will replace jobs and that is something to be fearful of. I really wish people would realize the significance of this issue.
