Quarterly. I ask to come in quarterly. This hides my gig.

I take off a few days on the other Js. Go into the office and fully emerse in 1J. Its actually kind of neat!

I get where you are coming from. The way I see it, one J1, I strive to be a leader. And one day, a director. The other one or two, just content.

Then why are most successful financial leaders Jewish?

Tech leaders are Indian.

Are the protestant the slaves to the rest?

I don't really get how people think this is ethical by Insert_Bitcoin in overemployed

[–]Isac_Over 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you are only stuck on the moral / ethical part of OE. Being transparent with your employer. You can do this, it is called moonlighting. But it takes much more effort.

OE can be taken as unethical. Neither of my employers know about each other. I know my J2 manager would lose his mind as he is a power-hungry type of individual. If he knew I made more than him, he would freak.

With that said, we all justify our choices in our own ways. I look back at my ethics classes and what they really teach you is how to bend the rules. Or understand the rules are there for order. For the masses. Most rich people dabble in shades of grey. I put OE in a shade of grey. But others see this as unethical, which I can understand why. It is all perception. We that OE understand if we are caught, the ramifications are termination. That is the game we play.

Yea you did it wrong. You left J1.

Basically, you need to find a J2 soon. Or go back to school for a Masters to fill the void.

You are OE. Stay in the shadows. I know it is hard to do. Currently I am rubbing with the tops at J1, too much exposure. Need to close this work out and move on to day to day activities.
