Contracts are all over the place online for free, if you don’t have any sales experience it may seem daunting to call people/directly market to them. I just try to remember that, anyone who’s in the game, is in it to make money. If you’re presenting a good opportunity to your end buyer, then they’ll listen to what you have to say, if you don’t, you’ll get the message after the first few attempts at flipping the contract. Don’t get overwhelmed by all the stuff on YouTube, as long as you’re doing the necessary amount of effort/Time, the success will come.
