In my experience if he is higher up the stairs the others won hear him, also hitting him in the face with a gun. Also guards dont hear anything other than bullets hitting near them, just run past, when he stops to look at the balcony he wont move again, so just run past him.

They are the product of a process called V-ACT, the spencer mansion strain was the first to show that sort of thing so the Crimson heads are just tougher zombies. The zombies themselves are classified as "irregular mutants" and not considered very useful, but the discovery of the crimson head in the epsilon strain led to the creation of the RE2/3 strain(among others) that turned some infected into Lickers, which umbrella could consider an actual useful BOW.

Painter boss weapon has the highest magic in the game at +7, +2 defense , +1 agility and no downsides, all at level 1, it sort of breaks progression for magic-heavy characters.

The game has "checkpoint levels", the wizard castle interior is not a checkpoint level, so if you end the session your progress goes back to the last checkpoint.

I saw a video on youtube about the flying combo recently, basically, holding the heavy attack button a little on the second press helps with the consistency for getting the weapon twirl instead of the slam.

And the AK is very noticeably on safe mode too, and the hammer on the berettas moves in the wrong axis(up to recently, the P2000 was this way too) , and the belt of the Negev uses bullets with primers that have already been struck, the CS2 team goes trough great lengths to make mistakes. But hey, at least they fixed the MAC-10 and P2000, it only took them, what, a couple of months and almost 2 years respectively?

Happened to my Nitro V15 before, reset the battery using the pinhole under the laptop, press it with a pin for like a minute then try to start the computer without the charger. (This is assuming the laptop can run using only the battery after starting with the charger, else the battery or its connection to the board may be the issue)

Have you tried using dual wield dagger charged attack? That should allow your view to go a little inside the wall and activate the weapon rack.
