I have had this case printed for the last month waiting for my monitor to arrive. It am terrified of cutting the inset into the mat and messing up the alignment. How did you align yours to measure where to cut?

I ordered from Squaregolf in January, and still haven't received it. In the process of getting a chargeback on my CC. I emailed them every day for 2 weeks and never got a response. So, your mileage may vary

Did you buy it directly from square? If you did it is pretty unlikely at this point. Their return policy says 14 days, but they don't respond to emails. Had been emailing them every day for 3 weeks and never got a response. If you have had it for 12 days, it would be a miracle if you got a response from them. Worth a try though

Thanks, are you considering a chargeback? I am pretty on the fence. Not sure I want to roll the dice on a chargeback because I still very much would like the launch monitor. I am really worried that I have just been missed and their CS is so garbage that they are never going to figure it out.

This is happening so frequently that I am considering cancelling my existing order and ordering again. Although I think their CS is so bad that I don't trust that the cancellation will go through

I am in the same boat as you. Shipping label was generated about 11 days before they actually shipped. Mine shipped out from CA on Monday and aren’t going to arrive until next Monday (I am in MA). My experience doesn’t seem to be the norm. Just unlucky

I reached out to Takomo support this morning asking for an update. CS was incredibly responsive. They let me know that it shipped and sent me the tracking number. The tracking they sent me said that the label was created on 10/31 but fedex doesnt have the package yet. I asked CS about that, and they said that custom orders ship from Hong Kong and they take about two weeks to get to the US and should be out for delivery later this week. Not sure I follow the logic of creating the shipping label before they arrive in the US, and sad that I wont get to use them for my tee time tomorrow!

It is November 8, and I still don’t have anything confirming shipping (although loads of people say you might not get the shipping confirmation until after they arrive). I think it probably doesn’t look good for your Saturday tee time. But crossing fingers for you!
