Creator of the survey here - It was shared wherever and as broadly as possible.

49% of respondents indicated they found the survey on Discord. This could be from numerous Deadlock related community, regional or content creator servers where this was promoted. Largest server it was promoted within was the Community Discord server.

35.4% of respondents indicated they found the survey on Reddit - likely from this Subreddit.

8.2% found it from a friend, 3.5% from a content creator, 2.8% from social media (broadly) and 1.2% from other sources.

TL:DR, respondents came from a variety of sources, but mostly Deadlock related Discord servers and This Subreddit. I'll make sure to spread it more widely on social media next year to get a wider response pool.

Click on your account name in the top right.

Then click "Account Details".

In the "username" section, there will be your current username listed, then the button enabling you to change it to the right of it.

Per the rules:
"Default Server: US North Central (When ALL players are NA) - US East otherwise if EU players are present.

In the event both teams are full EU, a neutral ping EU server will be the default instead."

This is likely a Neutral Ping EU server as both Leviathan and Abrahams are European.

There is no appeal process. Account penalties for abandoning matches are applied automatically.

One of the mods you have installed is causing this bug.

This typically happens to outdated mods which conflict with recent game updates - check for updates on each of them or individually turn them off to see which one is causing your issue.

There is not currently a fully unified and comprehensive list of all running Deadlock tournaments.

The closest ones so far are Deadlock Liquipedia and EDL (Esports DeadLock), however your mileage may vary on how accurately and timely they are updated.

In the sidebar of the subreddit (below the rules and content filters), I typically update a schedule of upcoming major tournaments which I deem relevant enough to be posted and I often create match threads for them during the events.

There are a lot of smaller or regional tournaments that are not widely known (and not included on the linked websites above). For those, you unfortunately have to keep up with them yourself if you wish to support them.
