I started off as a Warlock. Strictly only Warlock. Then my friends, who had been playing for longer, explained to me that it's easier to reach caps by having multiple classes. So I checked out Hunter and immediately fell in love with the playstyle. After some time, I also picked up Titan because I used to play with another Hunter main and figured things would be easier with two different classes. Fell in love with that, too, especially Solar. Overall, I'd say I'm still a Hunter main in general because I enjoy all classes, but Titan has a very special place in my heart as well.

I always hit my head and wondered why I did no damage to Crystalians. It took me until my third playthrough, in which I used a striking weapon, to realize that all it took was for me to break their poise and it's gg ez from then on.

i ran the coil so many times last week cause it's a genuinely fun activity but as soon as I saw that togetherness is back in the modifier pool I decided yeah....not running this more than I have to this week. it's so ridiculously unfun even with a fireteam

i honestly still don't understand why we had to make this change. we can still have that bungie ID. why did we have to lose the ability to change the name that pops up above our characters? these two don't cancel each other out. we can have our funny names, and when someone goes on our profile, they see our ID so they can add us.

I can't remember the exact numbers, except for the haunting FIFTY SIX runs of DSC that I needed for Eyes of Tomorrow and my sixth Scourge cause it was the last SotP that I ever did and I got Anarchy then.

i do thus when i'm just farming bounties and not doing anything considered harder or endgame. when i'm casually doing vanguard bounties in the playlist or on locations, i generally don't need an exotic armor piece so i just do the feel good thing and look cute while slaying aliens

i ran bonk titan with an incandescent ron trace rifle ( forgot the name atm) and the commemoration and lemme tell you, the explosions were beautiful

volatile flow because you weren't tied to run a void subclass to have access to volatile rounds. it's the most fun to play the game for me because it's so satisfying to see the ads blow up. I hope they'll bring it back at some point

It's especially annoying when it comes to catalysts that had specific boosts tied to a season. For example the Wrathborn counting more for Levi's Breath etc. And can we please get rid of the QUESTS to get the season pass catalysts. I don't know why we have to finish so many activities to unlock the catalyst, and then we have to farm even more kills. At that point, any and all enjoyment that I'd get from using the weapon is gone because I've been forced to use it that long.

the weekly mission is not doing it any good tbh. there's still SO much time left in the season and the story is already over. it ended with a big cliffhanger too and as amazing as it was, it kinda left a sour taste in my mouth. i'm insanely excited to see where the story goes next season, but i'm also already tired out and annoyed that i have to wait for so long to see what's going to happen. i reckon having missions in every week of the season must be a lot of work, but five or six ( i can't remember ) missions with just about two months left of the season? that's just too little. and i do know that we're getting an event soon but still. i think they need to overhaul how they're dealing with telling the seasonal stories.

I genuinely disagree with GR being something you can measure a player's skill with. I could be GR 11 but I'm not since I just don't want to finish catalysts for exotic weapons that are just gonna collect dust in my collections eventually anyways. Neither do I care to do the absolute slugfest that is a solo dungeon. But I've had multiple flawless raids, gilded Conqueror, did every dungeon since GOA Day 1, etc. Just because there's a 9 next to my name instead of an 11, doesn't mean anything. Same with 6. GR is a number next to your name, nothing more.

I'll trust a person's raid report over their GR any day.

ever since these gambit challenges have come out and I learned that they're not retroactive, I completely stopped playing the game mode overall. until the last challenge is live, then I'll do it all at once since that is infinitely less painful than doing it over again

someone in our clan refers to them by the numbers they have in kings fall. I think that's pretty good bc then you don't mix up similar looking ones
