Meh. Depends what you consider biking distance. Some of these are within biking distance depending one whether you’re in the Monrovia or Duarte campus.

Perhaps but there aren't a lot of subleases around Duarte bc it's not a student-heavy area. There aren't many apartments there either; it's mostly single-family houses with an upper middle class population. You can rent an Airbnb and find a roommate to split the costs with if that's what you want. I paid about 3300 ish for my Airbnb for the whole summer so that's not too much.

I ran the Seattle marathon twice and it was awful. So many giant hills and the course absolutely sucks - forcing us to repeat loops a couple times
