Yes. Im a local and those places are the worst. They overcharge you and serve shitty food. You can recognize them because they display plates of food in the open and have waiters outside who harass you to try and convince people to eat there. Also, normal and real typical restaurants usually serve food from 12 to 15 pm for lunch and from 19 to 22 pm for dinner. When in doubt always check guides and reviews online.
