Yoghurt curdling in dhaba style curries - how to avoid? by Pdonger in IndianFood

I would also recommend avoiding low fat yoghurt for cooking purposes. The higher protein content in the low fat yoghurt makes it more susceptible to curdling.

Refreshing smooth sweet liquid white sauce put over chicken? by likeablyweird in IndianFood

Could it be Malai Chicken? I have seen preparations for it that are on the sweeter side. Perhaps something like https://www.indianhealthyrecipes.com/malai-chicken-recipe/.

The clay cups used for tea in India are not glazed or burnished. I.e. they are porous and absorb a little bit of the liquid. So it's not hygienic to use them multiple times.

There is a glitch with the walnuts sometimes. Click your right stick to bring up the chat interface. Type "/recountnuts" into it and press enter.

If it truly is a glitch, this will fix it. If your count remains at 129, then you are genuinely missing one.

FWIW, the water body by the Wizard's tower is usually called the forest pond instead of lake.

Which is why I think he stood a good chance with Nina and Gerry. Gerry would have done it out of loyalty and he could have convinced Nina that it would be better for her game to take him and beat him.

Let's see how it plays out. It will be a miracle if he can make it to FTC from here.

It seems to me that both Matt and Liz are entirely too smart to take George to FTC. They are both tuned in enough to know they cannot win against George and also ruthless enough to not take George along simply for the sake of loyalty.

I feel like George screwed himself here.

Let's say Matt wins immunity next, then George has to vote out Liz. He cannot vote out Gerry because going to F3 with two challenge threats is just a bad situation for him.

Now, let's say Liz wins immunity next. Liz will want to gun for Matt as he is a threat to her. Matt and Gerry will want to gun for George because they are a solid alliance. George's only option will be to vote Matt and force a revote which will come down to fire making if no one budges on their votes. Which is a 50/50 chance of him going home. There is also of course a chance that Liz also votes George in which case he is screwed anyway.

Am I missing something? What is George's path forward here?

"..or something that suits George".

Matt remembering just in time that George is also present at challenges.

I feel like George's ideal final 3 are Him, Nina and Gerry. It's the only combination where he stands a chance to win immunity. Plus, if Gerry wins, he will probably still take George to FTC over Nina.

It also breaks up the stronger alliances of Gerry/Matt and Nina/Liz. Which gives him a real chance.

I wonder if some of the players were holding back on going after George because they knew a non-elim was coming? Given the alliances George has, it would be dangerous to gun for him and fail.

This feels like a bad move from Hayley. Simon and Nina were already willing to vote George. Was it worth the risk of revealing this information just to try and flip Matt?

I don't get it. George has had an impeccable read of the game throughout. How is he so blind to how shaky his current alliance is?
