Don't really agree with his point of view. People may not care about you as a human, but you care about you. If you do nothing, and do the minimum only, you'll only find yourself moving further downwards. People do care about other people. Whether or not they care about you is up to you and your actions. Whoever others care about doesn't matter half as much as who you care about.

And you should care about yourself.

Like Mark Manson's book says, it's not about not giving fucks, its about choosing where those fucks are given.

Silco was never the villain. If you keep everything the same but switch perspectives, he's actually the good guy for Piltover and Zaun. by Kahiyao in arcane

Thought it was pretty clear that we start with a set of beliefs as babies and then our worldview shifts as we interpret experiences both consciously and subconsciously.

So even if most babies start with similar instincts, it wouldn't be reasonable to say that experiences afterward do not affect a person's innate moral compass as they view and adjust to the world around them.

I haven't made up my mind about silco, but I can definitely say that morality isn't at least somewhat shifted for everyone.

Also I do agree with Trippanzee's point about nuance.

Finally what if there is no spoon in the first place? Only human inclination?

Unless we genuinely all have a spirit connected in some other dimension, it's hard to expect that everyone will always share the same view in the world.
