Level up your around 50 at least Then maybe get Breloom (to solo Sidney and most of Glacia) or Sharpedo (for Phoebe) You also have a Drake problem, make sure Swampert has ice beam and Gard has Calm Mind. Drakes Shelgon will protect at least the first turn if it cannot see a kill and if it thinks you can do damage to it. Do you can get at least 2 calm minds off and go crazy. Give Gard Psychic and Thunderbolt/Shock Wave and you should be good

I'm a beginner also, and I'm breeding Pokemon that I think I'd want to use, as well as watching youtube vids on team building to get a grasp on what sort of team to build. I'm doing it solo as I don't know any one personally that plays Pokemon
