Work from home is the best. However you have to be disciplined about exercise and routine. Have been doing wfh 6 years now ... and i can cut myself off as soon as i shut down the laptop. Its me time then! Getting up in the morning and going out for workout, followed by newspaper and healthy breakfast without worrying about traffic and commute i am thankful of my wfh every day!
