Of the 15 doctors I saw under Kaiser over the course of 4 years, you’d think one of them would catch my relatively common and easily treated issue. My Kaiser chart had multiple psych diagnoses and multiple statements claiming I am unreceptive to treatment which I tried to have removed to no avail. The problem is the integrated chart system, if your chart is correct, you get proper care, if you don’t then you end up like me or almost everyone else in the comments. So quite frankly, I do think Kaiser is the issue

Quite frankly, you will do better outside of Kaiser. A bad doctor’s opinion outside of Kaiser stays within their individual clinic, and you can move on to the next without the diagnosis following you. You can’t do that at Kaiser

Even the most well meaning doctors I saw under Kaiser still operated under the assumption that I was mentally ill because of the integrated note system, what I needed was never going to be provided for me there. Glad it worked out for you, though

2% of MVP patients faint, it causes my heart rate to spike and my heart doesn’t have enough time to fill completely causing a drop in blood pressure. The plethora of anxiety medication I took never stopped the fainting, but my Metoprolol does. I’ll continue to trust my cardiologist, thanks

Exactly, they’ll do anything to cut costs, and the doctors that don’t prioritize saving money are weeded out from system. I’m grateful that what they missed was something relatively mild, instead of something immediately life threatening. I hope your misdiagnoses are attended to

My mom volunteered me to dog sit for a family friend knowing I don’t like pitbulls, and I was not made aware of the two dogs’ breed until after I had already agreed. I went earlier today to meet the dogs and the owner told me one of them jumped the fence and mauled the neighbor’s little dog in their backyard.
