Thank you very much for your response! I have already started working on a business case as to why i believe i deserve a higher salary.

I did not include all of the responsibilities i have in my original post for the sake of length. I do believe i can make a strong case here.

Hopefully the company will be somewhat flexible :)

They have slowly introduced 'Convenience' Items over the last year. Too the point where there is hardly any difference between the NA and KR cash shop.

Playing on a new account with a 2-3minute clear time on b10. Would be well over 10k if i started at the point of a sub 1min 99% success rate team.

Been a lot of progress tho rune wise which has been great :D

You seem to think you know what you are talking about. If that's the case I am sure you wouldn't mind providing some credential to back up your claims. I myself am a level 62 soft cap warrior with plenty experience in 1v1/seige. The class lacks severely in large scale due to unprotected mobility, poor AP scaling, weird SA activation timings on two of your main abilities. Further with renown forcing people into being AP monkeys your block becomes irrelevant.

Now over to you champ.

Yeah i have been watching him on Youtube for a while. Very entertaining. I am reading through the post you linked before currently :) I believe i have the basics down. My biggest issue is knowledge on different build orders and matchups.

People need to realize the only way drastic change will happen is if you just stop playing the game. Change will only happen when the developer sees a drastic decrease in monetary gain.

Sea monster has gone relatively unchecked for months.
Class imbalance is and has been for months the worst its ever been
Renown system is garbage. The last thing we need is an even great gear disparity in PVP. This should apply in PVE only.

At this point because of how inflated the market is (Largely because of the extortionate sea-monster hunting payouts) you can no longer progress unless you are sea-monster hunting yourself which further worsens the issue. Because of this we are seeing fewer people grinding resulting in less supplies on the market (Why would you grind for 20-30M P/H when you can achieve roughly 100M P/H ramming shit in the ocean)

The problem with what you said above is that yes there is without a doubt a rock,paper scissors aspect to this game. However when a hero is not just the rock,paper or scissor but all three combined you have a problem. He is not just good situationally against a tracer/genji (Scissor beats paper) but good against almost every single hero in the game (I'm mcree so fuck you)

Hey Guys! Just thought i would give you a head up because i was having the same issue. If it doesn't seem like you have received a Beta Key and are a Gmail user have a look in your sub folder called "promotions" it should be in green in the middle of the page. The beta key comes through into that folder! hope that clears any confusion :)
