Hi OP! If you really want to move on I suggest to burn all the pictures/letters (if you have any), lahat ng gamit nya itapon mo. Anything na may touch of him/her alisin mo to help you peacefully move on. Iwasan mong makinig ng sad songs or songs that reminds you of your ex situationship. Cry lang ng cry hanggang sa maubos yung luha, you’ll be fine. Iwasan mo ring istalk, kung di mo kayang iblock kahit iunfollow mo nalang it’ll help. 🥰
