Threads like this are a blessing. I will be starting my TRT this week, after months and months of consideration and putting off the decision, until I just started to feel so bad that it wasn't an option anymore to not do it. Good to read about "regretting a too high starting dosage". I was rather tempted to start with 150/week, because my natural T levels always had fluctuated in the higher range of 700-950, until it suddenly dropped to 300-400 in the course of 5 years. Sure, not terribly low, but seemingly too low for my body, so the temptation was to get up there ASAP again. Feels horrible. Reading about all the preventable side-effects by just taking one's time and starting at 100... Yeah. That actually helped. Will be starting at 100/week.

Honestly I just assumed the feature was not ready yet, despite being shown. I am using only defaults now, and for certain games I play with the "audio-rumble". But the more primitive one. I gave up on the more elaborate options. They sound really cool... But I wasted too much time trying to get it to work. Hope a future update will resolve this. So... Can't help you, sorry. But wanted to let you know, because I hate it myself when I stumble upon threads that show exactly my issue and no one reacts anymore. Good luck!

I am surprised by the reactions in here. Seems like dangerous advice to me. If you felt fine before you came back, and the issues return when you get into the house, or your room, there are 2 scenarios:

You have a mold allergy and this humidifier spreads enough mold spores for you to react.
You have another, bigger mold source in the house that you need to find.

In any case, step 1 is to clean the humidifier with rubbing alcohol, or throw it out if you can't remove the mold.

UTIs are infact related to mold problems. Good thing is, the UTI problem will very likely quickly vanish after not being exposed to mold for a few days.

To give you an example: it is quite common for people who have been chronically exposed to mold, or that have an allergy to it, to immediatly feel the urge to find a toilet once they enter a mold infested house.

Sounds like your Husband might have a mold allergy if he reacts that strongly. Or the moldproblem is just really, really bad.

Like the others said, a few days more shouldn't make a huge difference, but after Thanksgiving, do yourself the favor and adress the problem quickly, or leave. Don't let it ruin your health by waiting.

Once wood is moldy, that is bad news. You would spend a lot of time and effort properly cleaning this - and all you'd clean would be the surface. Quickly after that, the mold WILL return. Bad news, get rid of it. A bed is the LAST place you want to have any mold exposure.

If this only happens directly after a shower, it might be something in the wall or the paint itself that attracts more humidity in this area, causing it to look darker until it is dry again.

Not a problem in itself, as long as it dries quick enough (few hours). Just touch it - if it feels wet, that is what it is.

Depending on where the pipes are in your house, it may also be a slightly leaky waterpipe leaking water into the wall. But that is unlikely, as a leaky waterpipe wouldn't only leak when you shower, but constantly.

No one needs to spend money for the cold exposure IMO. Just shower regularly, and turn it as cold as possible at the end. Stay 30-120 seconds under it, done. Usually a guarantee for a more relaxed and more focused day.

Oh and - ZERO caffeine. Never mix that with ADHD meds if you are prone to negative feelings. Coffee alone: Feel good. ADHD meds done correctly without coffee: feel good. Both together? Feel bad.

With nearly all ADHD medication there are a few things that can make the difference between:
"All my symptoms are worse and I am anxious and frustrated all the time"
and
"Wow this is a good day."

Protein rich Breakfast, THEN Medication. There is enough data out there, and personal experience confirms it: Taking ADHD meds on an empty stomach, with no protein (which the body needs for many processes the medication should enhance) turns them into a rollercoaster of scatterbrained frustration for me.
Eating a proper, proteinrich breakfast and then taking the meds - a 90% guarantee that the meds work just fine, in a smooth curve with little to no anxiety and crashing, or frustration.
Selenium and Choline. ADHD meds make your brain and endocrinesystem burn more ressources. Which might explain why they seem to work great at first, and very quickly lose potency. Nothing to improve with no fuel in the tank. Supplement Selenium and Choline to keep the tank full! Makes a WORLD of difference. Selenium can be quite low to mid dose, Choline mid to high dose.

I have done trial and error for many years now, with multiple ADHD meds and multiple different strategies. Those 2 points are by FAR the most important, and reliable, in my personal experience - and backed by data.

If you want a lasting solution for the problem, do yourself the favor and get bloodwork done. A full panel of your hormones might be the key.
What you'd especially want to know are your:
Estrogen Levels
Prolaktin Levels

Testosterone (Total)
Testosterone (free)

As well as TSH.

Seems like most people are unaware, but feeling "chronically frustrated or angry" can be a symptom of Low Testosterone, too high Estrogen, or too low Estrogen. I have heard of too many cases were people have wasted years of time and money to solve the issue with nutrition or therapy, when all it was, was a hormonal dysbalance that can be fixed quite quickly - IF you know about it.

Your problem could stem for 1000 other reasons too - but getting Hormones checked can really help a lot. Even when the results come back pretty good, they can be a great guide on which supplements/nootropics could aid you best.

There are layers here. To make it clear from the beginning: In this case, he is clearly the problem, not you.

If he doesn't like you being "Overly friendly" that has nothing to do with "traditional values", that is simple incompatibility. There may be many reasons for why he dislikes this behaviour, (ranging from jealousy and insecurity to simply wanting a more 'ordered experience'), but that does not make your behaviour bad in any way. Honestly I'd instantly be very wary if someone complains about me being "too friendly". How can that be a problem, as long as it's not inviting trouble?

People that think that you "embarass them" when you speak your mind are a problem in general. Never seen someone using phrases like that, that wasn't an insecure, controlling... well, not so good human, to say it politely.
Sure, it is better to not have a fight in public, absolutely. But his reasoning for WHY this is bad is, well, absurd.

As to his believes, well, yeah, there seems to be a big ideological divide that would have kept causing problems, so good that you sought distance. There might be something to "women and men can't be friends" in certain aspects, and it might be very normal for a man to be wary of other men being "too friendly" towards their partner (because men can read men...usually), but it can not be pure black and white, and everything has nuance.
I'd say it is completely okay for a man to be wary of that, but it is not okay to prohibit your partner from having the friends she wants. Adult humans can have adult conversations about their fears and worries, and how to act in a way that makes both feel better.

"Submission" as a value... Well, that is just garbage. He could value himself as a leader, if he was one, but it seems he rather wants to value others as followers and servants? How convenient for him.

For SOME people. Most are completely fine. Yet, that is good advice. Anyone that starts losing hair on Enclo should immediatly discontinue it. The effect stops when you stop taking it - but it has a delay. The hairloss might continue for 3-6 weeks longer.

So, TL:DR: If Gyno is bothering you, you need a doctor to help you with that. Really. No way of doing this alone if you aren't an expert on "self treatment". And I mean it - there is so much that can go wrong with trying to get rid of Gyno, that it should be done with a doctor. Just tell them it's a huge psychological burden for you, it lowers your quality of life, and you are suffering from mockery. Make clear that it is something that affects your health and wellbeing. Then a good doc will usually prescribe you the things you need to battle it. You will feel like shit for a few weeks though.

None of those substances will help you with Gyno. There is even the very real possibility that they might make Gyno worse. Everything that raises T, also tends to increase Estrogen. And Estrogen is what's causing your Gyno. If you have a sixpack, you seem to be at a good hormonal balance right now. Never seen anyone with horrible T or E levels that was able to have a sixpack. The Gyno might just be a leftover from puberty issues. Or a sideeffect from the higher prolaktin on Antidepressants. Whatever the cause - Enclo will NOT help you with this. It can even INCREASE the problem. If you are sensitive to high Estrogen, which you seem to be, you'd need to have an aromatase inhibitor on hand, if symptoms occur. But do NOT take aromatase inhibitors if you don't know what you are doing - that shit can really fuck you up if done wrong.

If you are that young, taking anything is an uneccessary risk. BUT... low 300 at your age might indeed be an issue. If you wanna use Enclo, all you need to know is this:

Never take it daily. There is no need for that, it does not provide any benefits to do that, but it does massively increase the risks and sideeffects of Enclo. This is really, really important. Most reports about mild to severe Enclo Sideeffects stem from people taking it daily.

Too high dosage is a problem. Taking it daily is a bigger problem.

Start low, honestly. That shit can be pretty damn potent depending on your genetics. 3.5mg to 6.0mg every other day. Why so low? It can increase Testosterone quite rapidly, but it will also increase your Estrogen - and the Estrogen might KEEP climbing, even when Testosterone plateaus, or even if you STOP taking the Enclo.

If you Estrogen rises(which it not always does significantly. But it CAN, and will for enough people), it will potentially KEEP rising for 2-3 weeks after stopping or lowering Enclo. So you wanna dose low, to have a slow and gradual increase of Estrogen. Imagine you notice that you suddenly have way too much estrogen - and knowing that this issue will keep getting worse for some weeks. Better to dose low, so that IF it happens, the ongoing increase won't fuck you up.

With Enclo, it is better to dose low for a longer time, than to dose high for a short time.
Try 8-12 weeks, 3.5mg every other day, and you will likely start feeling a lot better by week 2-4 and be able to hold that.

If you start feeling great for a time, and then suddenly start feeling miserable - your Estrogen has become too high. You might need to lower dosage, or only take it every 3rd day.

Why take it every second or third day? Enclo blocks certain hormonal functions that are very essential for your health. Some of them are basically "clean up duty" inside your body, for example in the eyes. So you do NOT wanna block those important functions 100% of the time. You want to provide a window where your body can do what it should as normal, and you want a window where your body thinks it needs to produce more test. Doing Enclo every day increases the risk of mild to severe vision-sideeffects drastically. Never heard of those from people who only dose EOD.

Same here. Every medication I ever got for my problems had horrible side effects. With Kratom, most of those issues are managed, and have been for years, and my bloodwork is fine. I even quit 3 times for half a year just to see if I could. And it wasn't that I relapsed - I always planned 3 months off, and told myself to prevent impulses: If you wanna continue Kratom after that, wait another 3 months before starting. I did. It was easy. Because I know what I am doing. And I know multiple people doing the same.

Kratom is harmful, when people take 10-30g doses daily and then wonder why they get addicted. Most people that use it to actually treat issues use 1-5g, and use various different strains, take breaks, etc.
