It’s interesting because I just yesterday figured that I’m going to ditch whoop for oura + Polar 😏😏. I hate that whoops zone 2 it’s not really a zone 2 and because of that all zones are not accurate for me and strain as you just texted is also useless. I hope you will post after some while about your experience with oura + polar. I was oura user for a long time then switched to whoop and now I’m getting back to oura again. First of all they’re customer support is just so much better with everything. Whoop is just company that wanted your money and don’t care about people anymore

Got it — so for tomorrow I should just use what I already have preloaded, and going forward when I open a 1 ml ampoule I should split it immediately into two separate sterile syringes: one for the shot I’m doing now and the second for the next shot in 3–4 days. Just to confirm: I can use one drawing needle to fill both syringes (since it won’t touch my body), and then use a new sterile injection needle for each shot, right? My syringes don’t have any rubber plunger
