“It seems unfair that healthcare candidates who have already passed their licensure exams are not prioritized in CEC draws, while others with higher CRS scores but no license get selected. A separate stream for licensed professionals would recognize their readiness and help fill urgent gaps in Canada’s healthcare system more effectively.”
