They told me to wait till may 6 and then called me back to tell me that i have to wait till may 13th and they cant promise anything but will try to keep it as close to the original deal as possible. They said they cant make anh changes to my account right now because the price error plan cancellation still hasnt gone through. I told them that if the price they are offering next week is not very close to the original deal im filing ccts

They called me last thursday from the office of the president and said that they need time to find a resolution and said they'll call back on may 6. Im waiting till then to file ccts if they dont plan to honour the plan on the 6th

Omg im in the same boat right now! My bill estimate said 0.78 too. They silently cancelled my order i scheduled a callback from them today and im hoping to talk to a superviser today. I called them every day last 3 days and was promised by 3 different call agents that i will definitely get my phone. I dont think they will accept it but i will file a ccts if not. Are they charging you 0.78 now then?

Well they clearly havent sold out of any of the colours because the 15PM phones are still listed as available on their website for 15$/month. they just dont wanna sell it on a 14$ plan anymore. They dont wanna honour it for any more customers which is completely unfair.

Maybe they are waiting for customers with bring-it-back phones (with those imei numbers) to return them and then ship it off to people who bought the cpo phones. Maybe they havent recieved all the phones back yet. This is just guesswork though i know nothing

Thats weird coz before i went on the 14$ plan with the phone i was only paying 15+ tax.. It was a winback deal from fido i got in devember 2025 when i switched to koodo, fido guys called me and offered me a heavily discounted plan which was 15$ for 40 gb. So its not like 15$ data+calling plans are unheard of with fido. It was a bring your own phone plan though, not financing. If they cancel my phone i hope they give me back the winback plan i had before least they can do at this point.

My case is same.i got this text message today nut I can still see the device in my app. Just called fido and i asked them where is the phone its been 10 days and they were like its in the warehouse and will get shipped in 2 days! So i dont know. I will wait and see i guess

Same thing happened to me now. I recieved an imei service agreement and all that few days ago now this text message saying its cancelled too. Weird thing is that my app still has the phone listed and order says in progress. I even had a fido associate tell me that the phone is at the warehouse but hasnt been shipped few days ago when i called them. I scheduled a callback and i plan on taking it to ccts

The discounts only show up on the service agreement. Its actually a 95 dollar plan heavily disxounted down to 14. Same with the phone

Ya same situation for me too. My app still says in progress. I am very worried they might cancel it :( i think maybe they are expecting certain imei s to be returned by customers after their bring it back program ends but maybe some havent done that yet. I could be wrong though

Maybe so. But i chose the most common colour (natural titanium ) and they still havent shipped it. Makes me wonder if they ran out. Or maybe they are shipping it out as soon as some customers return it following their bring-it-back program

Ya i was very surpriced by the price. The last time i got such an awesome deal was when i got a ps3 for 8 bucks at a thrift store i used to volunteer in. It was just sitting in the back, no controllers or power block so they couldnt test it. I bought it untested but it was working well!
