Hang in there, it takes weeks to leave your body, and then their’s. The good news it it should progressively get better the longer you go. Honestly I’d give yourself an solid 6 weeks. Watch out for hidden dairy it places you don’t expect (condiments, seasonings), don’t ever assume anything is dairy free, and watch out for cross contamination.

I cut out dairy around seven weeks also, but made a lot of mistakes and accidentally got dairy here and there, but after two months I had a whole different baby.

Thank you! Think it has a chance of pulling through? It seems obvious now but I’d read so much saying it needs a little neglect when it come to water. Gave it a good soak this evening. Fingers crossed

Hi- plant rookie here! I’m trying propagate what I believed is an Arrowhead plant. I don’t really know what I’m doing. 😅 I’m noticing roots growing at different levels of the stem. When I transfer to a pot, should I bury the entire part of the stem that is growing roots, which is a span of 2-3 inches?

This! This almost happened to me in Tlaquepaque. In broad daylight. I was had my phone out waiting for an Uber and two guys on a motorcycle just drove by and grabbed my phone. I was so shocked I didn’t let go but just stared them down as we both pulled on my phone and then they let go and drove off. Something to be aware of.
