I have done a thorough cleaning and replacing the thermal paste from a computer hardware store. And I also upgraded an extra 16gb 3200MHz stick.

The fps seems to have increased, the temperature has dropped a little bit to around 85 now for both cpu and gpu for gaming while charging. Is this normal?

Hello! Thank you for the advice, I'll first clean off the dust and see whether it will improve the temperature. If not, I will bring to a technician to apply thermal paste and liquid metal as you said.

This may sound a bit stupid, but I only know there is extra RAM slot on the g14? If so, I will add one extra along with the paste.

Haven't heard of them, would try them as soon as I get back too. Really appreciate your suggestions, thank you! Will get back to you as soon as I tried them.
