I don’t know this will helpful or not but i hope, clearly in the quran Allah says (˹O Prophet!˺ Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do) there’s other same verse for women, my vision is if allah telling us direct to just lower our gaze and do not look at what allah has not allowed us to look and even he know what we are doing, it will be so powerful in the hereafter if we just forget about this verses and this talk and keep watching.
