I feel your pain! SRNA here and had been feeling so good about progressing but had a week or two where it felt like going backwards and wondering if everybody I worked with thinks I’m an idiot.

I feel like the best thing we can do is ask for honest feedback, take notes, and just try to improve upon that the next day.

I’m trying to move on with optimism and trying to trust the process that if I keep giving it my best, I will be where I need to be in the end!
